Nature's Game

May 5, 2011

The ocean sings it's song to me
The wind whispers love through
the trees, The ground moves for me
The icy cold keeps me free
The darkness haunts to keep me alive
And it's shadows lurk closely behind
Through the woods
Through the dark
The Natural magic of Earth's Heart
Make a power surge through me
They do their part inspiring
Teaching, Loving, Showing

(c)Michael Joseph DeCosta
Before anyone asks or wonders, I like to put Darkness in the whole nature/ natural power group. Light too. That's why I put those here, I think they're a huge part of nature.

But really who isn't inspired by nature? A walk through the woods can take you to far off lands. Listening to the ocean and the wind at night at the beach can play a song in your head. I love nature. I love feeling close to it especially when I'm creating something artistic! Songs, poems, etc. Go outside, feel it, and start something new, I'm sure you'll feel some sort of inspiration...

And re-reading this reminded me of it. I don't suppose I necessarily forgot about it, but I just...was reminded, yeah.
Still love this, dude!
Gonna stop blowing up your message center with stuff I've already commented on though....
